IT support and services firm Auxilion puts €10m behind three-year growth strategy

Irish technology consulting firm Auxilion has announced a €10m investment into a three-year growth strategy that will see the creation of up to 30 new jobs.

Launched in 2023, the platform allows clients to collate data stored in different locations and helps manage a firm’s technology infrastructure, using artificial intelligence to improve productivity and operations.

The company announced today that they will expand their team across Ireland and the UK. New positions will be offered through the course of the year across their operations and sales teams, including head of sales.

Auxilion’s Irish headquarters are in Dublin and their UK operations are based in Sheffield. The growth strategy will see a further expansion into the UK market.

In line with this, current CEO Philip Maguire will take on the role of executive chairperson and focus on the company’s acquisition strategy, while current chief operating officer Patrick Jordan will take up the chief executive’s role and be responsible for direction and leadership of the business.

“The company enjoyed significant growth and transformation under Philip’s leadership, but we see even more potential in the market moving forward and have a clear focus on where we are taking the company, based on the unique value we offer our clients,” said Mr Jordan.

“It’s an exciting time for Auxilion. We will be even more focused on delivering and building on our partnerships to deliver those outcomes. We have been working hard to continue to evolve our service offerings, which underpin our ability to solve problems for clients.”

Mr Maguire, executive chairman, added that the company will be focusing on customer service and technology.

“This strategic shift is no different in that it will build on our strengths, whilst generating new ideas and driving the organisation forward.

"It means taking opportunities and future-proofing the business by bringing in fresh talent, expanding operations, and driving growth,” he said.

In addition to the new roles, Auxilion have announced that they will invest in professional development and upskilling opportunities for existing staff. The company plans to strengthen their graduate and apprenticeship programmes in Ireland and the UK.

The company also plans to enhance their services in the areas of modern workplace, process modernisation, AI, data management and automation.
